Right next to the park and skate park and had me in a room directly outside the bright hotel sign. Rugs were stained and worn, the room needs a refresh of paint and lighting which were dated.

Stayed here with our family of 5 in a suite. It was like a house rather than a Hotel, in fact it was a period house the hotel had joined on the back. Loads of room, and although we have to cycle through the one bathroom it was worth it. Full kitchen and utensils and nice period furniture. Was clean and was not musty at all which was pretty surprising. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and there is handy unloading area out front, and parking for $34 a day over the road. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, well cared for, comfortable bed, breakfast was adequate and the evening wine were great. The location is also a plus, just across the street from Golden Gate Park. While the room was very clean and comfortable, the only negative was the room size: small, and limited surface in bathroom to place toiletries. But the positives significantly out weigh the negatives and am planning to stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls were a little thin and we could hear a lot from other rooms and the hallways. We were right by the elevator and we could not hear it. We took advantage of the included breakfast and wine hour. Very nice! We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out so that we could walk around Golden Gate Park for awhile before our flight.

Very classy hotel with great staff. Room was good looking, but there was no air-conditioning. The bathroom toilet roll was located 5 feet from the toilet so that was kind of awkward. The neighborhood was a little bit rough, but could be worse.
