Preparation

  1. Layer romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, bacon, chopped avocado, and shredded chicken on a plate. Whisk equal parts mayonnaise and mustard with a splash of vinegar; drizzle over salad. Top with croutons and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
