Purchased headset about a year ago. sent them back for repair, Headset was not charging. No real issues with the return other than it took a few weeks longer than expected and I was not able to track the status despite the emails that I could. We were issued a full refund as the item could not be repaired. Satisfied with this company, happy I purchased the production plan.
