I didn’t like the top fluffy part came off once I got the box and I couldn’t put it back together and so I taped it but also some wires are also sticking out when I gotnit

While Google FitBit has proven to be a lackluster product, it recently has also proven to be a poor quality product. Our purchase of a Fitbit Sense 2 turned bad only 14 months after purchasing it (but perfectly JUST PAST the 12 month manufacturer warranty). FORTUNATELY I purchased the 2-year Asurion guarantee which corrected the Fitbit product problem by providing the purchase price allowing us to re-purchase a newer one.

I had to send in my Galaxy Buds Pro due to sound issues in the left bud. Shipping was paid for and was easy. I received an email a few days later telling me that they are unable to repair the item and that they were going to send me a gift card for the total price at the time of purchase. Minutes later I received an email with a redemption code and was able to purchase the same item again. Very happy and will definitely be using the protection plan more often with future purchases.

This was my first time using my warranty the representative that assisted me with this was very knowledgeable & friendly explained how the process would go and it happened just as he explained and i receive emails throughout the process. I'm so happy i purchased this warranty.

My product stopped working so I sent it in. They sent it right back unworked on, still broken. They had me open another claim to work on it again. While my claim was open my insurance plan ended. I sent my product in only for them to send it back still not working. They tried tell me my insurance ended and there's nothing they can do.. I had been out of a pair of headphones for almos 6 months now.. I looked on the BBB ( BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) and this is a known problem with this company. Until I said something about the BBB they basically did nothing. Thankfully I was able to speak to a supervisor after and demanded my full refund.
