Hydration products are pretty common to find in our home. My husband struggles to remain hydrated in the summertime and is prone to seizures because of it. I'm always on the lookout for new products to get for him to try and that's why I snagged this product.This pack of SaltSticks is Tropical Mango flavored and comes with 12 premeasured servings that are individually packaged. The cost comes to about $1.66 per serving, which I think is pretty high when the suggested ounces of water to add it to is between 16-20.This particular flavor is quite unpleasant. The taste is bitter and is very salt-forward (which is to be expected to a point, but it's really salty). The packets mix well in water and taste better when it is super cold. I'm not sure if other flavors are better but I can't persuade my husband to drink these.I appreciate that there's no sugar in these packets and it's full of great things to help your body retain water and maintain a good level of hydration. But, they're very hard to chug because the flavor is so unpleasant. I think there are better options.

It’s a long journey to find some thing that rehydrates you that doesn’t taste like it’s made for 12-year-old kids at a carnival! This is a really nice product that isn’t tacky sweet. The only thing I can say is that when used on a long bike ride, I think that I needed more potassium than it delivered because my legs were cramping that evening. So this might be a good product in general, but it may not be the best product for a lot of physical exertion where you need more potassium.
