This is an excellent electrolyte powder product. The product works and does as intended, and that is to be an electrolyte supplement. NOTE, this will not taste sweet or provide any flavor, if that's what you're seeking in an electrolyte product. I would recommend going with something like liquid IV or gatorade if you expect some flavor.

This is strictly an electrolyte mixture, and tastes as such - a bit on the salty side, which is extremely refreshing if you're in need of electrolytes rigorous exercise. I normally mix this mixture in with my endurance drink, so it is quite helpful that it does not have any added sweetness to it.

Overall, I think this is a great product, and definitely gets the job done.

Cons: odd smell to it, most closely resembles band-aides? It’s only a smell issue and not at all present in the actual taste

For me, the pros far outweigh the cons so I still would recommend to anyone looking for a sugar free electrolyte mix.

I'm not sure if it's due to being part of Amazon Vine, but I ordered what I thought was a 40 serving tub and received a 12 serving box of portable sticks instead. No change in my opinion of the product, just full disclosure in what I'm actually reviewing.

I'm a fan of anything that makes water not taste like water. Like anyone, I have preferences in flavor profiles - lemon-lime or lime are always at the top of my list.

The product name is SaltStick, so there's no surprise at the salty lime flavor. On a warm day, it's delicious and has a great flavor, with no excessive faux sugar nastiness. With 24 ounces of water it's still fairly strong - I will probably drink some, then cut it with more water. I prefer lightly flavored beverages, so the listed concentration would most likely be fine for anyone else.

I'll enjoy all of these and happily try more from this company.

The box contains 12 sticks, easy to tuck into a purse or pocket for on-the-go. I used one in a shaker cup - no metal ball inside for this round - with 24 ounces of room temperature tap water. Some light shaking resulted in a lemonade-hued liquid with all powder dissolving entirely and readily.

Love this, I got the tart orange flavor and it tastes pretty good. It helps wake me up when I’m feeling groggy and hydrated me fast if I feel dehydrated. Lately I’ve been using one of these per day and I feel overall a bit more energized. These are especially nice after hitting the gym, bc I always sweat a lot.

I guess beggars can't be choosers when you get the item for free to evaluate but I did not get what was described(and what I've seen on other reviews people are having the same problem). It was suppose to be a 40 serving tub and I received a box with 12 individual packets. I hope people who are purchasing this are getting the correct item because it makes a big difference in price per serving. The individual packets are nice though. I can keep some in my golf bag and are there when needed. It dissolves quickly in water. No need to spend the extra $$ for a bottle of sports drink from the cart girl. And with that being said, I've used it on extremely hot days(90+ degrees F) both working in my yard and doing sports activities and did not develop any cramps. Works like a champ.

Each serving provides 430 mg sodium, 120 mg potassium & 22 mg magnesium helping to replenish what your body sweats out during work or exercise. Good simple ingredients; Keto-Friendly, No Sugar, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free. I wouldn't recommend it to people on sodium restricted diets and want to consume multi doses of this in a day. It also contains Stevia(in case you have problems consuming it). Just a heads up... There are other products on the market that don't have sodium or Stevia in the ingredients.

A good product overall as long as your getting what you have ordered.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the misleading packaging. The actual product I would give it a 5 star rating.

I have tried several brands of electrolyte powder, including other SaltStick flavors and in my opinion, this brand is the best. The taste is strong and flavorful and it does the best job at quenching a thirst. When I know I am dehydrated, this gets me to feeling better quickly.

I sometimes mix it with the carbonated water from the soda stream and that makes a really good drink too. The packet are super easy for use on the run so I try to keep some with me wherever I go. The only criticism I have is that they don’t tear off easily so I do get frustrated trying to get them open.

I've been working a lot outside recently, and the humidity has been 100%, where the sweat just pours off my forehead. It was sapping my strength. I decided to try this and it's helping me feel much better. I really don't care for the taste of it, though. It's very salty.
