How to Use 7 SHIELDS IMMUNE
For normal daily maintenance and a boost of energy, take two (2) capsules daily with water at breakfast or lunch. Children who weigh between 60 to 90 pounds should take one (1) capsule per day. Whenever you feel your immune system may need a boost, increase your intake to three (3) capsules daily. Do not exceed three (3) capsules per day. Based on 7 SHIELDS IMMUNE containing ingredients that boost energy, we recommend taking early in the day, as it may disrupt your sleep schedule. 7 SHIELDS IMMUNE contains cayenne pepper and is best taken with food to avoid adverse digestive issues such as heartburn.
