To me it tastes like cherry with a bit of a metal like after taste which goes away with water. No cherry in it. I am on my second bottle and do feel more energy. My biggest complaint is this is messy! The liquid is thick, you use the cap as the serving size and you have to rinse it otherwise it drips down the bottle. Wish it could be dispensed differently because I am also wasting the vitamin. How about a squeeze bottle with a seperate serving cup!

7/16/24 Update: I am on my 3rd bottle. I've found the consistency of the liquid is a lot thicker than the first 2 bottles I purchased. Not sure what's changed. The label packaging sleeve also seems different like it can slide off the bottle a lot easier so be careful when handling the bottle, but in spite of that, this stuff still helps keep my energy up!

Original post: Been taking this since Feb 29, 2024. It’s given me my energy back. I’d recommend refrigerating it immediately and take it like a shot and chase it with water, coffee, or another beverage like orange juice. I always take it in the morning after breakfast. I’ve only missed 2 separate days where I didn’t have time in the morning to take it and I definitely felt that midday slump. I don’t feel that on the days I’ve taken this liquid supplement!

While it's not the best tasting stuff, you can read the label to see the myriad of good stuff it contains. We've found that this product, which we call "goo", is loaded with healthy things and it keeps our energy levels up. After taking it for a while, if you stop, you don't really notice. But when you start it back up again, you definitely notice the overall improved feeling of well-being. We take half doses pretty much every day, which seems to be adequate. They could improve on the flavor a bit (although with all those nutrients that may be tough), and they could lower the cost somewhat (which is why we take the half doses - it can get pricey otherwise). We have also found that taking it after a surgery or illness definitely helps with the healing process. As for the taste, you get used to that. You can also use it as an additive to healthy breakfast drinks like smoothies and protein shakes.

Recommended dosage for those without a high energy demanding lifestyle is one capful. You do get 32 servings unless you have a high energy demanding lifestyle and decide to take more according to your body weight.
