These are so much better than having to chug a sport drink. I keep a pouch in my backpacks & in the truck for quick & easy access. I was having swelling in my hands with heavy exercise like hiking. My doctor recommended drinking a sports drink before hand. Once a started taking these, I have had far less swelling, sometimes none. My husband started taking these to relieve nightly leg cramps. If he forgets & has a cramp, they seem to work almost immediately. We will continue to buy these or our favorite flavors.
