Regional Director highlights the importance of people with lived experience at the Mental Health Summit

At the Mental Health Summit that brought together voices of people with lived experience in South-East Asia Region, Regional Director Saima Wazed shared her personal experience of working in public policy relating to mental health. She then emphasized on how important it is to engage those with lived experience that will provide invaluable insights, promote inclusivity, reduce stigma, enhance accountability, and align with recovery-oriented care principles.
