We are also able to leverage the expertise of our seasoned finance team to help clients to create sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing structures involving digital assets.
We work with governments, investors, brokerages, exchanges and global consortiums on the legal issues concerning the development and implementation of decentralized governance structures and services. We provide regulatory, transactional, financial and commercial advice.
