RP International have partnered with a major Financial Services organisation, to shortlist for a VP Sales - Commodities Derivatives Sales based in London. This is a hybrid opportunity based in London, offering a salary of up to £150k depending on your experience and alignment to the role.

The role of a Commodities Derivatives Sales professional is to generate revenue for the organisation by selling exchange listed and OTC commodities derivatives products to targeted clients. This involves understanding client needs, providing market insights, and building long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of commodities markets, derivatives instruments, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (advanced degrees may be preferred).
• Solid understanding of commodities markets, derivatives instruments, and risk management principles.
• Proven experience (min 10 years) in sales or relationship management within the commodities or financial services industry.
• Strong networking and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and trading platforms.
