I don't need sales experience; I don't need a degree from Oxford, but what I do need: - PHD (Persistence, Heart & Desire) every day. - Rizz (Charisma)  - A proven track record of success in at least one thing (sport, hobby, education, experience). Databricks are acquiring Tabular... Tabular has raised $37 Million at Series B from Andreessen Horowitz, Altimeter & Zetta Venture Partners with a global headcount of circa 50 heads. Databricks declined to specify how much it paid for Tabular, but have stated the price was between $1 billion and $2 billion with expected close of sale before July 31st. Ali Ghodsi - CEO Databricks “What we want to do is create custom AI on all of your data. That’s what we call data intelligence. For that, we need all the data. The more data the better.” Tabular, is a data-management startup that helps companies use a variety of open-source data formats.
