What You'll Do


As a Video Producer with the Zest production studio at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development, execution, and supply of creative video assets in accordance with the original brief. Working closely with the Zest studio Crews, you will strive to deliver video and film content to the highest standards, continuously looking for innovative ways to capture compelling content styles and methods while staying up to date with industry trends. Collaborating with creative teams and shoot producers, you will utilise your strong creative and visual skills to translate concepts into physical video storyboards, providing clear direction to crew and talent on set, in the studio, and on location.


You will also be responsible for post-production, guiding editors in delivering on the approved boards. Furthermore, you will establish strong communication with agency creative teams, studio production teams, and shoot producers, ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the production cycle. Your ability to efficiently plan and organise shoots, manage assets, and maintain transparent and proactive communication will be pivotal to your success.


Who You Are


As a Video Producer for Sainsbury's Zest creative agency, you are a technically and creatively skilled professional who is accountable for ensuring the development and execution of high-quality video assets in alignment with the original creative brief. Your expertise in storyboarding, directing, and post-producing enables you to translate agency concepts into clear video storyboards and provide direction to the videography teams during shoots.


Your ability to multitask, adapt to changing project demands, and make smart decisions contributes to the efficient planning and organisation of video shoots and the timely delivery of video assets that meet the highest standards of excellence. Overall, your passion for video, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to continuous improvement position you as a valuable asset in the production of engaging and impactful video content.
