We have partnered with a VC backed HealthTech SaaS company who are looking to grow their presence across the UK. With an established presence in the market, they are looking to hire a Sales Director who will be responsible for directing and implementing the strategy, playbook and processes that will take them to their next phase of growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, manage and build the UK sales team ensuring effective team growth.
  • Devise and implement sales processes and strategy for continued improvement of sales productivity.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the development of sales enablement programs and processes.
  • Leverage internal resources in sales campaigns
  • Report directly to the CEO to align on goals and results.


Your profile:

  • Complex SaaS sales experience as a leader / individual contributor.
  • Proven success in a leadership role within a scaling SaaS organisation.
  • Experience in implementing company-wide GTM strategy.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry events; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
  • London based or surrounding areas.
