The shoot producer will have a focus on producing shoots for our catalogue and digital content. You will be incredibly well organised, brilliant at multi-tasking and always brimming with energy and enthusiasm. A creative eye, extensive contacts in the industry and a strong affinity to the Boden brand will be of great value. The successful candidate will be a team player and have experience with managing a budget as well as being able to prioritise and organise your workload. We need someone who is flexible to manage constantly changing priorities and feel comfortable working both alone and within a team.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver shoots ensuring all logistics, creative requirements and costs are as planned.
• Booking, researching, and scheduling locations for the photoshoots
• Managing budgets
• Setting schedules and working to deadlines
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders to define scope e.g. images, handover deadlines, technical requirements e.g. file formats.
• Liaising with internal teams where necessary e.g. Samples team to use product samples for photoshoots etc., Casting team on model selection for model shoots and Styling team for outfitting sessions.
• Working closely with the Art Direction team on creative requirements on talent, crew, props, locations etc.
• Carry out Health and Safety assessments procedures on set.
• Occasionally working out of regular office hours, due to nature of shoot production.
  
  

The Experience We Are Looking For

• Previous experience producing photo and video shoots
• Working with external production companies in the UK and overseas
• Budget management
