Today we were excited to discover that Boden has been shortlisted in three of the People in Retail Award categories! The People in Retail, now in its second year, continues to recognise and celebrate outstanding contributions and excellence in the retail sector. The awards highlight the individuals and businesses that have raised the bar, demonstrating exceptional commitment and dedication - acknowledging the crucial role of people as the heartbeat of any successful organisation. The finalists, carefully selected from 14 categories, have been chosen by a panel of judges after an intensive three-day evaluation process. Boden have been shortlisted in categories including Emily Woods for Employee of the Year and Emma Robinson's Merchandising Team for Team of the Year. Huge congratulations to all those shortlisted and we look forward to awards night in September!

With wedding season upon us and Boden’s bright and beautiful wedding guest dresses flying off the shelves, we celebrated this year’s World Day of Cultural Diversity by sharing wedding traditions from our team’s varied cultures. From Japanese to Polish, Sikh to Pacific Islander, Chinese to Hindu, we relished the opportunity to discover more about the rich tapestry that makes up our Boden team.    #worlddayofculturaldiveristy

We couldn’t miss the opportunity to be present at the annual Chelsea Flower Show this week – one of the most British events in the nation’s calendar.   Last week, Graphic Designer Honey Southworth, Print Designer Amber Homewood, Senior Print Designer Marina Kaarik and Textile Designers Tessa Neale & Lorna Robey transformed the Boden House Studio into a floral paradise, using paints, chalks and crayons to create stunning floral imagery. Since then, we’ve been busy printing their work onto Boden branded tote bags to hand out to passers-by to carry all their favourite blooms in at the show this week.

This week we held our Breakfast with Boden event where new starters from the past 6 months had the opportunity to network and take part in a Q&A with Johnnie and our senior leaders over a cuppa and a croissant! #weareboden

Yesterday we heard from Operations & Sustainability Director, Ben Dreyer, about all things sustainability at Boden.
