ABOUT THE JOB

You will lead the creative strategy team in developing innovative and effective social media campaigns, content strategies, and brand experiences for clients. Leveraging your expertise in creative storytelling, audience insights, and platform dynamics, you will drive the development of compelling creative concepts that resonate with audiences and achieve client objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts for social media campaigns, content initiatives, and brand activations, aligning with client objectives, target audiences, and platform best practices.
  • Conduct research, gather insights, and analyze data to inform creative decisions and develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., account management, content creation, analytics) to ensure alignment and integration of creative strategies with overall campaign objectives and client goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools, analytics platforms, and audience research to gain deep insights into target audience behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Translate audience insights into actionable recommendations for content strategy, messaging, and creative execution, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to optimize creative strategies and inform future campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on creative matters, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
  • Present creative strategies, concepts, and campaign ideas to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and addressing feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and drive innovation in client projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of client partnerships.


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-4 years’ agency-based experience
  • Strategic, creative & innovating mindset
  • Excellent skills in copywriting, designing & presentation building
  • Professionally competent in influencer marketing, paid advertising and organic social media.
  • Line-management experience is essential
