Essential experience? Proven insurance industry experience (non-life) with a good understanding of insurance processes and terminology? Minimum of 3 years + experience in managing end-to-end business-facing projects facing off to multiple insurance business areas (underwriting, claims, finance, etc)? Experience in delivering both business change and IT-orientated projects
