Title: HR Manager

Location: South London

Role: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

A Private Equity backed Pharmaceutical company are looking for a HR manager to join their business. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
• Develop and maintain a suite of HR metrics
• Advise line managers on HR policies ensuring the business adheres to all legal requirements
• Ensure HR records and salary details are correct and up to date
• Manage advances, back payments, deductions and salary sacrifice elements
• end to end payroll processing for all employees and resolving queries
• Lead all recruitment activity, including preparation of job descriptions and person specifications, manage recruitment processes etc.
• Provide advice and coaching on recruitment and selection to the leadership team and hiring managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
