Global industry leader looking for an experienced Head of to lead a team of 6 and drive revenue growth across UK & EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth across UK & EMEA
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and articulate the company's sales vision and strategy.
- Establish sales objectives and KPIs in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Leading a team of 6 BD’s across UK and EMEA
- Day to day team management, driving urgency and deal cadence
- Understanding from your experience and training, how best to maximise the platform and solutions
- Working closely with Sales Development to support you to grow a stable and opportune pipeline
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
