Global industry leader looking for an experienced Head of to lead a team of 6 and drive revenue growth across UK & EMEA.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth across UK & EMEA
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and articulate the company's sales vision and strategy.
  • Establish sales objectives and KPIs in alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.


Requirements:

  • Leading a team of 6 BD’s across UK and EMEA
  • Day to day team management, driving urgency and deal cadence
  • Understanding from your experience and training, how best to maximise the platform and solutions
  • Working closely with Sales Development to support you to grow a stable and opportune pipeline
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
