We are looking for Global Head of Strategy and Business Development for our Automotive Business line, who will be responsible for building strong positive visibility of Luxoft Automotive in the market, defining and implementing a Global GTM vision and Business Development strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Build and drive Automotive business strategy, business transformation plan and key activities on a global level
  • Create and communicate go-to-market vision, strategy and portfolio defined by solutions and value propositions
  • Identify new business opportunities through events, market intelligence, external inquiries, account-based marketing, and client inquiries
  • Increase the client awareness and brand promotion through account-based marketing campaigns, social media ambassadors, press releases, client stories, partnerships, and alliances
  • Drive and prioritize market intelligence function to support sales, solutions, business development and business strategy
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives and partnerships
  • Define, communicate and track KPIs to measure Automotive marketing performance, the effectiveness of go-to-market and business development activities
  • Ensure customer-facing staff understand the portfolio's value proposition
  • Be the single point contact for investor relation requests, for analyst requests, proposals, and enquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the Company as B2E marketing to align on events; Head of Technology Office Automotive to align on communication and activities; Sales Account Management organization and regional leads for accounts, regional campaigns, and growth plays


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the field of business development, strategy, or marketing within the Automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of Automotive industry ecosystem, digital transformation and software engineering services
  • Working knowledge of modern Automotive technologies such as In-Vehicle Infotainment with focus on Digital Cockpit, ADAS, Autonomous Drive and Connected Mobility
  • Successful experience of driving the business (services, solutions, products and consultancy) with OEM-s, TIER1-s and technology companies
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies and initiatives
  • Experience in dealing with operational/financial metrics and overall business results of the front-end organization: target setting, annual budget planning, resource planning, risk assessment, financial efficiency management of a large-scale business units
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Experience in a global role with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment. Strong Automotive network on a global level.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically
  • Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
