The Global Head of Restaurants & Bars will develop and implement the Global Restaurants & Bars strategy, and lead a strategic transformation aligned with Belmond's purpose of perpetuating the legendary art of travel, and the Belmond Restaurants & Bars vision of becoming the world's greatest collection of fine dining restaurants and destination bars.

Strategy & Vision

We are seeking a visionary leader to lead Belmond's vision of becoming the world's greatest collection of fine-dining restaurants and destination bars.

• Build a comprehensive and coordinated global Restaurants & Bars strategy, including driving brand desirability, supporting the conceptualisation of new restaurant & bars offerings, extracting, and utilizing data and reporting to guide the business, talent building, advising on Capital investment and increasing financial results and guest satisfaction
• Advocate of a sustainable approach to Restaurants & Bars helps define and support the role out of the Belmond Restaurant & Bars sustainability strategy

Planning & Execution

You possess the ability to help develop and support the implementation of a robust Global Restaurant & Bars Development plan while meticulously monitoring and reporting on all global Restaurant & Bars metrics.

• Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global Restaurants & Bars marketing and PR campaigns, contributing to our brand's resonance , and that of the individual restaurants and bars., on a global scale.
• Meanwhile you will act as the cornerstone of operational excellence in the Restaurants & Bars domain, the chosen candidate will set the bar for exemplary performance and innovation, driving our organization towards unparalleled success.

Employee Engagement and Global Coordination

You will engage leaders at all levels, share expertise freely, and inspire the organization to drive towards our Restaurants & Bars ambitions.

• Support a network of Divisional F&B directors in the localisation and operationalisation of the global Restaurant & Bars strategy
• Coordinate initiatives across Divisions working with Divisional leader to develop and share best practices that can accelerate and scale Belmond's Restaurants & Bars successes.

Requirements

• Proven experience and record of accomplishment in leading a successful global transformation in the strategic direction of Restaurants & Bars
• Extensive experience in launching and positioning new luxury Restaurant & Bar concepts
• A recognised authority on fine dining and bar concepts with an exceptional network of industry leaders and experts
• A strong understanding of how to leverage Brand & Marketing to position an organisations Restaurants & Bars strategy
• Exceptional leadership skills capable of building and developing diverse teams across the world
• International experience with a passion for supporting local implementation and making others the star of the show
