The Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team is part of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking segment and provides clients with advice and execution related to equity and equity-linked offerings (for instance, IPOs, private and public capital raisings, sell-downs, convertible bonds etc.). The team works closely with regional and sector Investment Banking teams, other Financing Group product teams and the Equities sales and trading teams on a daily basis. The role involves exposure to a broad range of sectors and products and offers an excellent opportunity for comprehensive and varied training, as well as a solid platform for further career advancement. The group is segmented by country and regions within EMEA.

Role Responsibilities

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • You will play a vital role on live Equity Capital Markets Syndicate deals execution
  • You will have responsibility for production of marketing materials for client pitches
  • You will have to think creatively to propose best suited Equity Capital Markets solutions for clients

Basic Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and solid work ethic
