Food Director

Smyth & Co are looking for an experienced Group Executive Chef or Food Director to join the team of a Spanish celebrity chef to support him run the company:

• Casual fine dining Spanish cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours
• Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce from Spanish suppliers
• Multi-site operation
• Salary £70,000 to 80,000 per annum (according to experience)
• Fantastic project and opportunity to work under one of the most reputable names in the industry
• Rota flexible of around 48h per week

The ideal Food Director must have an understanding of Spanish cuisine and be able to communicate in the language. Because of the nature of this role, you must have a consistent and longevity background in good restaurants, and you must be able to manage multiple restaurant operation in all the aspects.

You will be creative and supportive in this exciting project and collaborate with upper management.
