“Jonathan first became my Mentor through the Solace Springboard Leadership Programme for future Local Government leaders; he provided me support to help me with my career planning and development. Jonathan's open, attuned and candid approach has been invaluable as I navigated how to progress whilst journeying to discover more of my authentic self in and through my work; affording me a Mentoring relationship with him as a CEO where I could just be me. Since completing the programme in Feb 2023 his Mentoring has continued which has been great as he has affords me impartial experience and advice on how to navigate my next career moves so that I can strategically progress into more senior roles with greater understanding of what to expect and how best to prepare for future challenges and learning needed. I highly recommend Jonathan as a Mentor.”
