    Further to developing a challenge at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council in 2022 to climb the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to assist in bringing both teams together as One Team and raise funds for charity (£12,000 in 2022) I created the Public Sector Challenge in 2022. In 2023 the inaugural Challenge was launched, the National 3 Peaks Challenge. The challenge was undertaken by over 150 people who work in or are associated with Local Authorities. In 2023 the inaugural Challenge was launched, the National 3 Peaks Challenge. The challenge was undertaken by over 150 people who work in or are associated with Local Authorities. The challenge raised over £60,000 for Cancer Research UK. The rest is history! On to 2024's national challenge with a target of 500 participants and £250,000 to raise. Lets do this together

    Bellway Homes and Ipswich Borough Council won a Green Apple Award for our 1,000-home Ravenswood community on the 260 acre (105 ha) site of the former Ipswich Airport.

    The award, sponsored by the Environment Agency, for placing 'the protection and support of the natural environment right at the top of the agenda' in creating a sustainable residential development.

    Ravenswood was Bellway Homes largest redevelopment project in the south-east.
