About us

Uncharted is a new independent creative agency designed for the future. Founded by three industry renowned female leaders, Uncharted aims to give its client the confidence to set out to unknown territory without fear. We provide full service strategic and creative development for fearless brand leaders, as well as inspiration and support for their teams. We have created partnerships with leading edge providers of data, technology, and production capabilities to guide our clients into uncharted waters with confidence. Our talent model is designed to bring a diverse mix of talent from within and outside the industry together, including ‘scouts’ from passion points and fan communities to work with us alongside traditional talent to ensure we provide authentic strategies in these spaces. We are actively recruiting for a wide mix of ethnic, gender, sexuality, physical and neurological diversity in order to maximize the impact of our work.     We have been overwhelmed by the support and positivity we've received since opening up, and are now going to offer some inspiration and intelligence to those supporting us, in return. We are calling it COMPASS and it’s where you will find insights and observations about the future of brands, creative and technology as well as some tactics you can put in action straight away to accelerate toward the future. The first of these, “5 Ways to Defy AI Bias” is locked and loaded up there right now: a subject close to our hearts. In a few, eminently nickable, slides we will outline what causes AI Bias, why it matters and 5 ways you can prevent it putting your brand at risk.  Because we believe there should be no AI without DE&I. To access this, and future briefings, we are going to ask you to sign up, but having done that we won't pester you. We will only mail when there's new inspiration up there, when we have BIG NEWS, and when we can offer you something special to attend or read.     Speaking on stage with these amazing creative people was an honour! 🙌 People came up to me afterwards saying... How "it was so inspiring" and "very engaging and insightful". I'm glad our conversation was able to have an impact on those in the audience 🙌 This is one thing I really love about public speaking. Regardless of if the room has hundreds of people in it (like this one), or only ten people, you never know how much of an impact something you said can have on a listener's life. Even those who weren't in the room felt the impact and were unhappy that they missed out!     We’ve arrived! 🎉 The first Uncharted official stage slot at Cannes Lions 🦁 A packed house today, with Laura delivering thought-provoking words on creativity. Her key message:  “Be a ruthless optimist” -      More Optimism: Creativity thrives in an environment filled with positivity and hope, yet lots of brands and creatives are scared right now. Let's focus on building an optimistic outlook and on creating powerful ideas which can make a difference and drive growth. -      Fully explore AI: What’s happening in the world right now with technology is really exciting. But you need to throw yourself into it, play with it and explore it in order to understand how to best use it. To get the most out of AI creatively takes both time and curiosity. -      Look beyond the obvious: Embrace culture and passions. The number one thing which increases brand trust is in fact entertainment. Our role is to solve problems in really interesting ways.
