We are thrilled to invite you to our first official event celebrating the integration on July 16th, 2024 in London. The event will feature a panel discussion titled "Women Leading the Way: Diverse Perspectives on Women in Financial Markets". WIFM Board Member and Co-Head UK/Europe Susi de Verdelon, along with three other distinguished speakers 严瑾Jinny Yan, Joanna Nader and Silvia Nacmias will share their insights. Our very own founder, Eunice Zhu, CFA, will serve as the moderator.     As part of our commitment to broadening access to careers in financial services, our French office has partnered with two inspirational organisations, Apprentis d'Auteuil and Réussir Ensemble FR, to welcome students from secondary schools to our internship programme. Over the last two weeks, they've had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of broking and financial analysis, and we hope seen the possibility of career in this great industry.

    Our employee networks, which are run by volunteers across the Group are a great way to bring people together around a common cause or interest. Our Multicultural Network recently had the pleasure of hosting Edwina Morgan, founder of London's leading afro-fusion caterer Waakye Leaf Afro-fusion Cuisine, who joined colleagues in London to explore the ties between food, identity and community within the African diaspora. We believe that the sharing of culture from all backgrounds leads to diversity in thought, creating a more aware, understanding and ultimately better-performing workforce.
