  • We are thrilled to announce a significant #milestone in our journey. Starting from July 2024, Lean In WIBF will be officially integrated with the esteemed Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) organisation. This strategic move, a result of forward-thinking and planning, is designed to consolidate our efforts and resources to further magnify our #influence and #empower women in the financial services industry worldwide. WIFM, initially known as Women in Derivatives, is a non-profit organisation committed to #connecting, #elevating, and #advancing #women #leaders across the global financial markets ecosystem. Since its inception in 2007, WIFM has grown into a vibrant community of over 6000 members, dedicated to driving change and fostering a more equitable and inclusive environment. You can learn more about WIFM on its official website: https://lnkd.in/eDCPasa5. Having been established in the US and now expanding rapidly into Europe, it makes perfect sense for Lean In WIBF to join forces with WIFM and further extend our reach worldwide. As we embark on this new chapter, we want to ensure that all our members continue to feel valued and informed.  Please also note that we will discontinue updates on our social media channels for Lean In WIBF following the integration. To stay updated with future events and news, please follow WIFM’s official LinkedIn page Women in Financial Markets (WIFM) This integration is more than just a joining of two organisations; it’s a #strategic move that will bring together the strengths and resources of both Lean In WIBF and WIFM. Here are some of the key benefits: •Expanded Network: By integrating with WIFM, we are effectively expanding our network, giving our members access to a larger community of professionals in the financial markets ecosystem. This means more opportunities for networking, mentorship, and collaboration. •Greater Resources: With the combined resources of both organisations, we will be able to offer more programs, initiatives, and opportunities for our members, including educational workshops, leadership training and mentorship programs. •Increased Influence: As a larger organisation with global outreach, we will have a stronger voice in advocating for women in the financial industry, allowing us to drive more significant change and make a greater impact. • Comprehensive Mentoring Programs: Including individual pairing, group mentoring, and peer mentoring. •Job Board and Sponsorships: Formalising job postings and leveraging WIFM's established job platform. •Scholarship Programs: Launching scholarships and training programs tailored for young women aspiring to enter the finance industry. We are confident that this #integration will bring about a stronger, more #inclusive community with even better #outreach and #initiatives. We look forward to embarking on this exciting new chapter with you. Thank you for your continued support and for being an integral part of our journey.

  • 💡 Inspired by the wisdom of Max Lucado, who once said, 'Conflict is inevitable, combat is optional.' In today's fast-paced world, conflicts can arise in any setting, from the workplace to our personal lives. But here's the good news: with the right skills, we can transform conflict into opportunities for growth and understanding. Whether you're a team leader, an aspiring professional, or simply someone who values harmonious relationships, this workshop is for you. #conflictmanagement #leanin #LeanInTalk
