    When you accept a connection request just to be pitch slapped: Building a reputable profile in the sales world means avoiding fruitless tactics. ❌ Instead, focus on creating a targeted connection strategy 🎯 If you're just getting started, consider the following: - Employees from your current position and previous roles - Members from communities and groups that correlate with your current industry - Clients that you have worked with, as well as those that you are currently working with - People you know who are in line with your target market - And most importantly, prospects that you are engaging with From there, you can build on your connections further... If you’re actively posting (committing to 1-3 posts a week is great), take a look at who is engaging with your posts. If they sit within your target market, there’s certainly no harm in sending out a connection request. After all, they’re showing an active interest in what you have to say.     It's been an epic month for team Sopro! 🎉 We celebrated our 9th birthday at Brighton Yellow Wave, enjoying some beach volleyball fun. Meanwhile, at our Skopje office, we marked this milestone with a vibrant tropical-themed party. 🌈 The Pride Quiz Night in our Brighton Office was a huge success, thanks to the fabulous cabaret superstar Ophelia Payne. Together, we raised money for Brighton Rainbow Families. 🏐 We held our first volleyball game of the year in Skopje. Despite the rainy spring, we had a blast on the sand. Another fun and competitive team bonding session! 🚵♂️ Our Skopje team enjoyed a Hike & Bike adventure at Vodno, exploring the breath-taking landscapes and rich history. 🏆 A special shout out to Sopro's Global Office & Facilities Manager Monika Prendikj Spasovska who earned 2nd place for International Office Manager of the Year 2024 category at the Office Management Awards! #LifeatSopro
