    Being vulnerable can feel daunting. Unnecessary even. Society tells us to be afraid of failing. Stick with what you know. But, as Nik Fletcher mentioned in Ep. 9 of Statements of Intent, vulnerability is actually essential. Think about it. You can’t do the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome. You need to take that first uncomfortable step. And hope someone follows. Tell us in the comments about a time you were vulnerable and it paid off. #sundaystatements
