    Is it possible to practice gratitude at work? 🤔 I was both excited and thankful to receive an invitation to collaborate on a LinkedIn article discussing the impact of how gratitude can help improve the workplace culture.. 🙌 This made me reflect on my journey, where I've been exploring how to blend mindfulness and mental health in the business world. Blending mindfulness with business doesn't need to be overly complicated. Here are 3 simple things you can do today (and everyday) at work, to cultivate gratitude, elevate your energy and feel good and alive 🌟 🧡 Shift Your Perspective: Begin your workday by embracing gratitude. Instead of thinking "I have to go to work," shift to "I get to do this job." This positive perspective sets the tone for a fulfilling day. 🧡 Share your Appreciation: Acknowledge colleagues who improve your day. Share your gratitude, and a simple thank-you note can go a long way in building positive relationships. 🧡 Learn from Obstacles: When things don't go as planned, reflect on the situation and identify lessons learned.     ✨ Every day, we hold the power to decide who we want to become. ✨ Exciting News! 🎙️ Our latest Find Your Flouu podcast episode features a truly mindful conversation with Elina Iso-Rautio, co-founder of Lumi Power Yoga. Elina's roles as a business owner, yoga teacher, mom, and wife are nothing short of inspiring. We are so grateful and honoured to have her join us on the podcast, as her work at Lumi has been a major source of inspiration for what we do at Find Your Flouu. In this episode, we cover the topic of finding the balance between discovering oneself and consciously creating one's identity. Elina's insight resonates with us: we all have the power to choose who do we want to be today! The reality is that we all have stories of who we think we are and what we think we are capable of.
