Another week, another certification programme - this time for Barts Health NHS Trust, a long-standing client who is deeply committed to their award-winning Cultural Intelligence programme. Our new Client Engagement Coordinator, Martina Uroye, and our Senior Business Consultant, Polly Collingridge enjoyed the opportunity on Monday to visit the Queen Mary University of London Bart's Hospital site and meet some of our newest facilitators. It was lovely to meet Samantha Ming, Tadala Kolawole and the rest of the cohort. Another successful CQ event! On the 18th-20th June, we hosted an impactful CQ Certification and Train-the-Trainer programme in the heart of London. This event not only provided valuable insights into Cultural Intelligence but also brought together a community of professionals dedicated to enhancing their understanding and skills in CQ. We were thrilled to witness rich conversations and meaningful exchanges among participants from diverse sectors and experiences. The enthusiasm and engagement from everyone present were truly inspiring. A big thank you to all the participants for their active involvement and to our team for making this event a success.
