Cultural Intelligence Centre UK’s Post

What are your behavioural preferences? We all have ways that we prefer to go about our lives, both personally and professionally. Many of the values we live by are instilled in us from a young age, and vary according to our upbringing, friendship group, education pathway and more. All of these values are equally valid, but differences in how we prefer to do things can really affect how well we relate to others. In a team environment, understanding our own and each other's behavioural preferences can have a profound impact on our working relationships, wellbeing and productivity. Contact Polly Collingridge or Emily Dorschler to find out more about our behavioural preferences (previously cultural values) team profile. It could open up some interesting insights, and even provide some "a-ha!" moments! #behaviouralpreferences #values #culture #teamdynamics

This activity is always really popular in our workshops - the moment where you get to see how you compare to your team mates can be very eye-opening and incredibly useful.

I agree Polly Collingridge ! I like to use the room to represent the dimension continuums-so fun for people to see where they line up ! I also like to use these filled-in templates to represent imagined groups my participants might work with. Its a great way for people to work with the CV dimensions in class. Glad to have these resources Cultural Intelligence Centre UK !
