Thanks to the ongoing support of the incredible Love Island team, Chest Checking has entered the villa 🌴 This placement, alongside our 'check your chest' stickers on the villa mirrors is starting important conversations and encouraging positive behaviour change which could be life saving. We are forever grateful 💜

This week, we were so grateful to be a charity partner of the annual Theo Paphitis Charitable Trust Clay Shoot. It was a super, special day, as Theo Paphitis Retail Group friends, colleagues and suppliers came together for a sunny day of fundraising, all to raise vital money for CoppaFeel!, British Dyslexia Association Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity, and Starlight Children's Foundation - UK. A huge thank you to Theo Paphitis, Siddharth Raghavan, Kirsten Lawton and all the team at the Theo Paphitis Retail Group - the funds raised from the day mean that we can reach even more young people with our chest-checking, life saving, message.

The government has launched its consultation on changes to the NHS Constitution and we need you to use your voice to support the LGBTIQ+ community! The NHS Constitution sets out the principles, values, rights, and pledges underpinning the NHS as a comprehensive health service. However, several proposed changes pose a significant threat to the rights and dignity of transgender patients accessing the NHS. We want to ensure that trans people are not #SingledOut when accessing health care, but we can’t do it without your support. Whether you are a community member, ally, healthcare professional, or professional body, we need you to say “no” to these changes and add your voice in support of transgender patients. The consultation will close at 11:59pm on 25 June 2024. Please submit your response and spread the word! Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer for females aged 25-49. Yet over a quarter of young people aren't aware that they could be affected. Our webinar content is designed to support healthcare professionals; building your confidence and knowledge in talking about breast cancer with young people and encouraging you to have regular breast awareness conversations at key touch points. The majority of breast cancers in England are diagnosed via Primary Care referral following presentation of self-detected signs and symptoms. Therefore breast awareness, including increased knowledge of the symptoms and regular self checking, is crucial for early diagnosis. Increasing professionals' knowledge around the relevancy of breast cancer in young people, as well as the barriers young people face in accessing healthcare services, specifically in relation to referral, diagnosis and inequities in breast cancer care, is vital to our mission.
