Google Form to assign tasks [closed]

Question

I've created a Google Form for submission requests. I've added the Performflow add-on to email a group to approve the task submission. The issue I'm having is that performflow allows the entire group to approve, rather than just one member, and then notify the group that the task has been taken already. Should I use a different add-on, or how can I get the form only to assign the task to one person but allow multiple people to get the request with one form submission?
