Dr. Dušan Goranovič, Head of Microbiology department at Acies Bio, shares his insights on how µALE is reshaping the way we approach adaptive laboratory evolution: "This innovation is a breakthrough in terms of how easily we can now incorporate ALE into our workflows, which are always on tight schedule. The benefits of our technology include excellent control of culture conditions, increased experimental throughput, improved reproducibility, and reduced costs, especially in cases when selective media with costly ingredients, e.g. metabolic inhibitors are used.
