Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has filed a lawsuit against pharmacy benefits managers Optum and Express Scripts, owned by UnitedHealth (NYSE:UNH) and Cigna (NYSE:CI) over their alleged role in the state’s opioid crisis.
