- Blank check company Flag Ship Acquisition (FSHP) (FSHPU) (FSHPR) said on Tuesday that it has priced an IPO of 6M units at $10.00 per unit.
- The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, and trade under the ticker symbol FSHPU from Tuesday, June 18.
- Each unit consists of one share and one right to receive one-tenth of a share.
- The special purpose acquisition company has said that once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the stocks and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols FSHP and FSHPR, respectively.
- The offering is expected to close on Thursday, June 20.
