Here are seven success stories from Sahlgrenska Science Park's CO-AX accelerator program from the first six months of 2024!   🎉 Four new companies joined the CO-AX community: Blood Simpling, Mirno, #Nanodentica and SkillupVR are all innovative startups addressing global health challenges. 🎉 Sightic won the "Gothenburg Company Prize" for its innovative safety technology that eliminates accidents caused by intoxication and saves lives. 🎉 Mabel AI's commitment to ethical AI was recognized internationally with inclusion in the Ethical AI Database (EAIDB). Mabel AI also initiated a pilot partnership with Sophienklinikk Hannover. 🎉 Beat Vascular Health won the Gamechanger prize at the Venture Cup Sweden region west awards. 🎉 Konvoj secured a 2 MSEK Vinnova grant to optimize healthcare scheduling in the context of gender equality in digital technology development. 🎉 ANYO Labs secured a 1.5 MSEK Vinnova grant to accelerate AI-powered drug discovery with de novo molecule generation 🎉 VERIGRAFT was selected as one of only 15 companies that the European Innovation Council showcased at BIO International Convention 2024 in San Diego. 💡 Sahlgrenska Science Park's CO-AX accelerator helps tech innovators address global health challenges. 140 companies have been incubated through CO-AX programs. "AI camera could help doctors identify serious infections." - An AI camera technology developed by CO-AX Incubator & Accelerator company, Detectivio, which measures a patient's pulse, breathing and blood pressure simply by scanning their face is the focus of a thesis study from Sahlgrenska Academy at University of Gothenburg. The technology could offer a future tool for quickly assessing the severity of acute infection and other conditions, according to the thesis.
