Attendance Request Form

To request the provost's attendance at your event, please submit an Attendance Request Form to the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost four weeks prior to your event. 

Steps of the attendance request approval process are as follows:

  1. Email Executive Assistant April Graves in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost (abanda2@ucmerced.edu) to inquire as to the possible availability of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost.
  2. Once it is determined that the provost might be available, you must complete the  Attendance Request Form and submit it via email to April Graves at abanda2@ucmerced.edu.
  3. The Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost will review the request and seek the EVC and Provost's approval. 
  4. You will be notified of the status of your request within three business days.
