Spencer Pratt says he’s done with the “dad bod” and wants to have ripped abs by July 4 — but without turning to Ozempic.

“I’m not trying to get Ozempic face. I’m not trying to be on Page Six coming out of a place, getting papped and looking all Skeletor [and] spooky,” the Hills alum, along with wife Heidi Montag, told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast while promoting his partnership with the supplement Hydroxycut.

Ozempic and others in its class (marketed under the brand names Wegovy and Mounjaro) work in the brain to impact satiety. While Ozempic is approved by the FDA for people with type 2 diabetes and not necessarily for weight loss, it has become a trendy weight-loss aid — and sometimes the cause of "Ozempic face," or hollowed-out cheeks.

“It’s a lot of motivation when your wife has a six-pack and you can’t fit into any of your skinny jeans and you can only use clothes with elastic waists,” Pratt, 40, quipped.

Pratt also joked about fit people who have found fame on TikTok, saying, “These guys, respectfully, they don’t sing, they don’t actually dance and just … have abs and they’re going this viral?”

“There’s a niche [market] for old non-dancing, non-singing guys with abs,” the reality star said, “and I’m going to target that to get all over the timeline.”

It’s a change from his previous focus — being a dad bod icon. “For a second, I thought dad bods were in so I was leaning into that. Everyone was like, ‘Dad bods are hot!’ So I was just eating as much food as possible to be the face of the dad bod,” said Pratt, who shares sons Gunner, 6, and Ryker, 18 months, with Montag, 37.

“Right now, Heidi’s obviously ripped and I’m jiggling and not where you want to jiggle,” he noted.

However, his wife of 15 years isn’t complaining.

“Obviously, I think Spencer looks great no matter what,” Montag said.

She added, “But what I love about [him] being ripped is not only Spencer’s confidence — because he’s always been really in shape and healthy and I can tell that he feels better that way — but [he is] also a good role model for our sons to be able to take care of your body and to eat healthy and showing [them], ’Let’s make healthy choices here.’ ”
