Below Deck alum Captain Lee Rosbach is no stranger to flexing his muscles as the helm of the yachts on Bravo’s hit reality show, but he says the way he maintains his pec-tacular form is pretty simple.

“I go to the gym almost every day. Almost every day,” Rosbach, 74, told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Podcast.

The captain, who had been affectionately called the “Stud of the Sea” on Below Deck, continued, “I watch my diet. I try to eat properly.”

However, “There are certain things that have my weak spots, that I will sacrifice something else just, like, [my wife] Mary Anne makes the best chocolate pie I’ve ever had in my life.”

"She makes the filling … she starts out with a real chocolate bar. Unsweetened chocolate. She makes everything from scratch and it is the best in the world, ever.”

When he was asked what he would sacrifice for a “chocolate pie day,” the captain — who appears in the new Oxygen series, Deadly Waters with Captain Lee — said he would rather “not eat all day, than not be able to have that piece of chocolate pie.”

When it comes to hitting the gym, Rosbach said he follows a standard routine.

“I have different days that I work different body parts.  I have chest day, chest and arms. I’ll work a certain part of my arms,” he said.

“It might be chest and triceps because those two work and play off of each other. On back day, I’ll do back and biceps.”

He also joked about the infamous leg day, which he called “everybody’s favorite.”

“Everybody just loves to do leg day,” he said sarcastically. When host Evan Real asked if he really did enjoy “leg day” — often considered the bane of every gym goer’s existence, he said, “Hell no, I don’t like it. I don’t know anybody that does!”

Rosbach even sounded off on how he’ll never use Ozempic — which has become popular with his former colleagues on Bravo, once leading Watch What Happens Live host  Andy Cohen to joke that the Real Housewives of Ozempic is airing.

“No. What you see, that’s what you get,” he said. “I feel fortunate to be part of the lucky gene pool and what isn’t affected by the lucky gene pool I can usually affect by diet and working out.”

He continued: “I’m not a fanatic about being healthy but I try to watch what I eat, and try not overindulge in alcohol, because it’s one of those things that affects so many parts of your body in a negative fashion, not to mention what it does to your mind.”

“I mean, some people," Rosbach said, "It just makes them a dumbass.”
