    What if the key to driving organisational growth lies in your company culture? Companies in the past often viewed culture as secondary to strategy, primarily focused on rules, processes and structure, more and more businesses today have realised that a positive and aligned culture is one of the foundational pillars to organisational agility and customer success. But here lies a question that I often hear from business leaders I engage with: How can I foster a strong and increasingly healthy culture in my organisation? It is important to first understand what a strong culture constitutes. A strong culture is: - Employee-centric, not compliance-centric -Focused on engagement, empowerment and alignment instead of rules and processes. - Innovation driven, not risk-averse - Constantly encouraging creativity, experimentation and agility instead of rigid structures.  - Inclusive and diverse - This should not be overlooked or treated as a separate initiative. - Customer-centric, not just internally focused - Happy employee = happy customer, sometimes it’s just as simple as that.  I recently hosted a really inspiring PropertyGuru’s team building event, and it was very encouraging to see the team being so proactive even though it was conducted virtually. Throughout the experience, the team unlocked new and creative ways to connect and collaborate, as well as gained a deeper understanding of each other by identifying different behavioural styles and personalities. Individuals connected their personal goals to the organisation’s goals driving a stronger relationship between the geographically dispersed team members and strengthening the overall company culture. A team building session built with fun in mind keeps the team spirit high; but a team building session built with purpose in mind has the power to impact teams both personally and professionally, ultimately shifting their ways of working and, in the long run, driving organisational success. When it comes to culture building, PropertyGuru knows that its team building session is only a small part of larger efforts to build and sustain close alignment between people, teams and the organisation.     Our recent AI Masterclass - Unleashing the Transformative Power of AI in Kuala Lumpur brought together over 25 board members and senior corporate leaders, where they explored ways to leverage AI to enhance customer experiences, drive data-driven decision making and foster innovation and competitive advantage. They also discussed the challenges and risks that come with it through an insightful panel session featuring industry experts Jasmine Ng and Elmen Tan, moderated by Indhran Indhraseghar. The masterclass conducted by Christoffer Erichsen highlighted the importance of integrating AI with human-centric approaches to ensure that it serves to enhance human capabilities and foster a more resilient and adaptable organisational culture. By combining AI with Design Thinking, organisations can better understand user pain points, generate diverse solutions, and develop scalable business solutions.     May was an incredibly productive month for Human Inc, we are thrilled to share some of the highlights: 🎉 In conjunction with Raya season, our teams have attended a few Raya open houses events organised by our partners and clients. It was fruitful as we get to network and meet new industry leaders. 🤝 We also participated in the recent CHRO Nexus Forum, organised by UOA Academy and Malaysia HR Leaders Circle, attended by a record breaking of 250 CHROs across the country. ⭐ We were featured on local Brunei press after a webinar session on "Shaping the Future of Insurance and Takaful" with Takaful Brunei. 🍽 We held our first ever HR networking Lunch this year, where we shared and gained on-the-ground industry insights from HR leaders. 🌐 We participated in a webinar hosted by LIMRA on "Collaborative Leadership and Agile Talent Management". 💛 We also collaborated with Sunway Career Hub, where we had a booth in-campus to provide career advisory and consulting sessions for the students.
