Celebrating a magical year, and 10 years of the Dental Van!
Cheers takes place at The Duncan, 1515 West Monroe, June 13 (this Thursday!) from 6-8:30pm! We’re counting the hours until we get to raise a toast with you – but first, we wanted to give you a road map for what to expect at Cheers this year:
THE ENTERTAINMENT: Magic by AJ Sacco, games, van tours, and more!
Since this year’s Cheers is in celebration of a magical year, you *know* we had to infuse some ACTUAL magic into tonight’s festivities! He will be walking around performing magic tricks to all who are open to it! Meet AJ Sacco:

The Chicago Reader named AJ The Best Magician in Chicago three years in a row. And for a good reason. His modern approach, charming demeanor, and diverse skill set lend to an impressive style enjoyed in more than 17 countries with hundreds of performances a year.
THE PARKING (FREE AND EASY!)
As this is an event in the West Loop, we know parking can be difficult to come by. Luckily, our friends at Whitney Young have helped us out once again, and our guests are able to park in their lot next to The Duncan free of charge. We really appreciate them accommodating us!
The address for the Whitney Young parking lot is: 1457 W Monroe St (the entrance to the lot is technically on South Laflin, you’ll see MCC signs). This is super close to the venue (a one minute walk), Based on guest response, we think there will be more than enough of these spots for guests. However, there is an overflow lot around the corner on Adams. We recommend arriving a few mins early to snag a free spot!
THE FOOD: Panchis’ Arepas!

If you’ve been with us since last year, then you recognize one of our caterers: Pablo Alejandro of Pabs Prints, the artist who designed the Lake County Asthma van decal and some of our merch! Panchis’ Arepas is owned by his mother, and he will be there with her making delicious arepas to order.
THE DRINKS: Revolution Brewing, Wine, St. Agrestis “Phony Negroni”

Our friendship with Revolution Brewing remains as strong as ever, allowing us to crack cold ones all night long once again!
We also have a great non-alcoholic beverage option, courtesy of the amazing folks at St. Agrestis, called the Phony Negroni. In their own words:

Produced and bottled by us at our Brooklyn, NY distillery, the Phony Negroni® is made with 30 non-GMO, organic ingredients. With nuanced notes of piney citrus and florals, it drinks with the same bitterness drinkers of the classic cocktail expect. A touch of carbonation is also added to help mimic the bite that alcohol typically provides.
