Primary Function: Program Manager Battery and Fuel cell
The individual is in charge for the development of specific programs, ensuring to reach technical and economic objectives. Leads a cross functional team, interfaces with all the company departments and with external customers.
Main Activities:
Drive team in the development of new programs, achieving time, cost and quality targets of the Projects. Is also in charge to manage the current Production products, leading the continuous improvement with the goal of achieving cost reduction and quality improvement targets
Has the responsibility to evaluate technical feasibility, cost and timing of potential new programs; mainly, but not only, in case of customer Product Requests. Is responsible for applying and driving the application of the company official development process (FDP) . Coordinate the cross functional team (Product Team) in which all the company functions are represented in a matrix structure. Reports of Work in Progress and Risk Management issues to different level of management reviews. Prepare the Capital Appropriation Requests for spending approval of the Projects. Supplies significant support to: Business development, Analysis of make or Buy alternatives, Yearly Budget preparation.
Other Requirements:
Very good communication skills, written and spoken
Language: Fluent English, Chinese will a plus
Engineering degree (Electric mechanical)
More than 5 years worked in automotive environment
Experience in Electric applications (automotive / commercial vehicle sector)
Experience as Engineering Project Manager or Program Manager
Capability to develop a vision of innovative electric applications for bus and commercial vehicles.
Featuring skills:
Knowledge High Voltage battery for Passenger or commercial vehicles applications
Usual to understand Product cost structure, prepare Business case, analyze Manufacturing processes in Automotive company.
Motivation, team working, leadership, ability to make things simple, Conflict resolution, Proactive approach.
