Program Manager for Applications

CONTEXT:

Menarini Group is managing a complex transformation Program aimed to streamline business processes and implement the new ERP S/4HANA together with a set of integrated Corporate applications. We are searching for an experienced program manager who is able to set and monitor this integrated transformation program, understanding the business priorities and the interdependencies of each project included.

The candidate will join the Program Management Office to the direct report to the Corporate Program Office Head.

Main responsibilities will be to plan, monitor and coordinate activities of the different projects/programs at Group level, like the new ERP system (S/4 HANA) and the related applications that are part of the application landscape.

This will include project managers coordination, periodic monitoring of the status of the implementations in terms of time, cost, quality and risks, setup of the governance structure, managing the escalation process, reporting to the Steering Committee and cascading the agreed actions and guidelines

This role involves collaborating with department leaders to define and prioritise projects; planning project management activities including collecting deadlines, prioritising tasks, identifying interdependencies and ensuring team members are assigned; analysing financial data such as project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science
• English language: from C2 level.

Professional experience & skills:

• Proven complex project management experience in international context for S/4HANA implementations. PMP certification is a recognized plus
• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of the requirements related to ERP implementation in GxP validated environment
• Exceptional organisational and technical skills
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and multitask
• Experience compiling risks, issues, as well as facilitating communication between various stakeholders,
• capable of logistical support, potentially managing other the PMOs on daily tactical activities, and owning the overall reporting status of all projects assigned
• Leadership
• Ability to interact with program stakeholders at all levels
• Results driven approach.

Additional knowledge:

• Experience in digital innovation and transformation
• Analytic approach, problem solving skills and ability to handle data
• Experience in change management
• Experience in organisational design
• Very Good communications skills
• Experience on Google Suite (preferred)
