As a Program Manager in our Global Business Unit Aftermarket, you will oversee and execute various initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the requested quality standards and in coordination with all the business functions.

Main activities:

• Manage multiple projects, developing and implementing strategic plans and initiative to support the GBU Aftermarket priorities and objectives, including traditional business, innovation and sustainability
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Lead stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on project status, milestones and key metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness withing the Aftermarket division
• Ensure that tools and methods used in project management and coordination of the Platform team are constantly updated and aligned with company procedures.
• Foster communication and exchange of information within and outside Platform teams, with a view to ensuring effective project management
  
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 3 years experience in project management roles
• Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
