Forlì Est: manca poco alla conclusione dei lavori. SFRE e SFE • Services for Engineering stanno gestendo la Direzione Lavori e la Direzione Lavori Antincendio per questo importante progetto. I due immobili logistici, rispettivamente di 13.000 mq e 25.000 mq, sono quasi pronti. Attualmente siamo nella fase di ultimazione delle aree esterne e del collaudo. •   Forlì East: work nearing completion.   SFRE and SFE • Services for Engineering are managing the Works Management and the Fire Prevention Works Management for this important project. The two logistics buildings, respectively 13,000 sqm and 25,000 sqm, are almost ready. Cagliari Ovest: è stato consegnato e avviata l’attività del nuovo immobile destinato alla logistica. SFRE ha seguito la direzione lavori con grande entusiasmo ed è fiera di questo grande risultato.    Questo hub logistico di 35.000 mq, posizionato in un punto strategico della Sardegna, è destinato allo stoccaggio e alla distribuzione di merci alimentari per una prestigiosa multinazionale europea. • Western Cagliari: the new logistics building was handed over and has started operations. Ottenuto il permesso di costruire per il progetto di Milano Est. Si tratta di un progetto di rigenerazione urbana su un’area di 110k mq, dove sorgerà un hub logistico last mile alle porte di Milano.   Con grande piacere, possiamo chiudere la fase progettuale eseguita dal nostro team SFRE e dare inizio alla fase costruttiva.   •   Permission to build has been obtained for the Milano Est project. Grazie alla nostra Ing. Caterina Panteghini che, oggi, ha partecipato al convegno Green Sport Arena, organizzato dall’associazione LIBA Italia a.s.d. Il convegno è stato un’occasione per conoscere i progetti di innovazione tecnologica, nel territorio italiano, riguardanti la riqualificazione e l’efficientamento energetico delle strutture sportive. Caterina, durante il suo intervento intitolato “L'efficientamento dei palazzetti indoor da 5000 spettatori”, ha esposto come una strategia ESG, nell’ottica della progettazione circolare, possa migliorare la durabilità e l'adattabilità degli spazi in fase d’uso, il tutto riutilizzando o riciclando i materiali, in modo da recuperarli al termine della vita di un edificio. • Thanks to our Caterina Panteghini, who today participated in the Green Sport Arena conference organized by the association LIBA Italia a.s.d. The conference was an opportunity to learn about technological innovation projects in Italy concerning the redevelopment and energy efficiency of sports facilities. Progetto di Alessandria sud: ottenuto il permesso di costruire. Il primo edificio avrà una superficie di 44.800 mq, mentre il secondo coprirà 31.700 mq.  Oltre a questi, è stato progettato un Truck Village di circa 600 mq che riprenderà l’idea di copertura della cascina preesistente nella zona.    Questo grande risultato lo abbiamo ottenuto grazie alla collaborazione interdisciplinare interna a SFRE, unendo più team appartenenti a fasi progettuali differenti. • South Alexandria project: obtained the building permit. The first building will cover an area of 44,800 sqm, while the second will cover 31,700 sqm.  In addition, a Truck Village of approximately 600 square meters has been designed, which will take up the concept of the existing farmstead's covering in that area. Arezzo Ovest: consegnato il nuovo immobile destinato alla logistica, caratterizzato dai più alti standard qualitativi sia in termini funzionali che energetici.   Questo nuovo edificio è stato creato come supporto alla struttura adiacente già esistente per aumentare la produttività globale dell’intero sito. • Arezzo West: the new logistics building has been delivered, characterized by the highest quality standards both in functional and energy terms. Oggi Denis Zaffaroni e Alberto Franzolin hanno partecipato alla diretta de Il Quotidiano Immobiliare per parlare dell'innovativo Venezia Logistics Park. Si tratta di un moderno immobile logistico con una superficie di 16.000 mq, che farà parte di un centro polifunzionale di 200k mq situato in provincia di Venezia, in prossimità delle principali arterie stradali.
