Nei data center, l'assegnazione dei profili di rischio - secondo il Codice di prevenzione incendi - ci permette di calibrare i livelli di prestazione delle misure antincendio da adottare. Più precisamente è necessario raggiungere gli obiettivi di sicurezza per la vita umana e per la tutela dei beni. Quali fattori è bene considerare per l’assegnazione del rischio? Prima della presentazione della SCIA, in qualità di asseveratori, il team SFE si occupa del collaudo degli impianti antincendio, garantendo che ogni sistema sia pronto a proteggere persone e strutture. I progetti dei depositi esigono soluzioni che vanno oltre le prescrizioni standard del Codice di Prevenzione Incendi. Quando ciò accade, ricorriamo all'approccio ingegneristico FSE. Ecco un esempio in cui abbiamo analizzato e verificato per questo progetto una soluzione alternativa alle strategie S.2 Resistenza al fuoco, S.3 Compartimentazione, S.4 Esodo e S.8 Smaltimento fumo e calore. Il nostro team SFE ha presentato la SCIA ai Vigili del Fuoco per questo importante progetto richiesto da una grande catena di supermercati, che include celle frigorifere per materiali deperibili. Abbiamo apportato varianti in corso d'opera per aggiornamenti impiantistici, rispondendo alle esigenze del cliente e migliorando la sicurezza. Our SFE team submitted the SCIA to the Fire Department for this important project required by a large supermarket chain, which includes cold rooms for perishable materials. Ma come si realizza questa tipologia di sicurezza antincendio? Entrano in gioco le normative e le tempistiche: NORMATIVE 🔹Codice di Prevenzione Incendi: Il DM 03/08/2015 e successive modifiche (s.m.i.) rappresenta il riferimento normativo obbligatorio; 🔹Norme tecniche specifiche come ad esempio il DM relativo ai gruppi elettrogeni;  🔹Normative relative a impianti di spegnimento automatici come sprinkler, watermist, ecc. TEMPISTICHE 🔹Valutazione Progetto: 60 giorni per ottenere il parere favorevole da parte dei Vigli del Fuoco e avviare il cantiere; 🔹Direzione Lavori antincendio: Finalizzata alla SCIA antincendio, include verifiche documentali e operative. Le tempistiche variano in base alla complessità dell'opera, queste sono importanti per la valutazione dell'agibilità e per l'inizio delle attività.
